When Tracey was a little girl, she dreamed of being a fabulous courtroom lawyer. But life has a way of uncovering unexpected passions—which for Tracey turned out to be business and finance. For the same reason that she pursued a business degree, Tracey jumped into the recruiting industry; it was the constantly evolving environment that appealed to her. That thirst for something new remains with her today: a senior member of the excelHR team, she moved into the firm’s IT division for the chance to see the company from a fresh perspective—and to tackle some new challenges. Well-grounded in technology, she’s excited to expand her knowledge of the field while drawing on her consummate expertise of staffing generally. On duty, Tracey places top talent in challenging contract positions and spearheads many of excelHR’s marketing initiatives. Off duty, she likes to follow the goings-on of American politics, and unwinds with a combination of tole painting and travel.
