Megan Graham, HR Generalist and Quality Manager

HR Generalist by morning and Quality Manager by afternoon, Megan performs a number of crucial roles at excelHR, from implementing health-and-safety initiatives and managing ISO 9001 quality issues to recruiting for internal positions.

With a BA in rhetoric and professional writing (she minored in HR studies) Megan also has a way with words. School, she says, imparted a “just do it” attitude. Mom and Dad, she adds, taught her the Golden Rule: to treat others as you’d like to be treated, which is a lesson that helps her make a difference through the Big Sister program.
