Lisa Dickson grew up on the move; her father was in the Air Force and her family traveled extensively. Change and meeting new people was a reality for her then and continues to be so now in her career at excelHR. Lisa joined excelHR to help launch the IT team with one goal in mind: to make excelHR and IT contracting synonymous in the Ottawa marketplace. Her tenacity, honesty and strong client interaction skills coupled with the spirit, energy and ambition of the excelHR team have allowed that goal to be achieved. Lisa belongs to the “Freedom 35” Club, a distinction for those who have contracted more than 35 IT consultants for 5 months or more in one year.

In her off hours, Lisa participates in and coaches a running group, spends time with her family, which includes 3 active boys and is an avid Ottawa Senators fan.
