Joanne’s parents set the example that it’s never too late in life to try something new. Their own careers ranged from systems analysis to running a marina and owning a campground. As excelHR’s Accounting and Operations Coordinator, Joanne is part of a caring team that helps people live that same lesson everyday. While many candidates start new careers without ever meeting Joanne, her work behind the scenes helps make it possible for them to do so.

Joanne’s love of writing and analyzing texts led her to a literature degree, but in university she realized an office environment was her true calling; pursuing her CGA.
