The IT world is all about connectivity. According to Monica, that's not so different from IT staffing, which is all about making connections. Good recruiting, she says, demands digging deeper than a resum. "Every excelITR consultant meets with candidates and deals directly with clients. The end result is a very high percentage of great matches," she says. A self-admitted perfectionist, Monica fits right in with the excelITR team. "The people here don't settle for anything less than excellence." Monica says the company's commitment to quality is reflected in its training regime. "I've never seen a company that values developing it's people the way excel does." While the pace of work can be dizzying for some, Monica takes it in stride. She was raised in a military family that moved around the globe and is now a mother of three: quick thinking and adaptability come naturally. Monica holds a degree in Social Science with a minor in Human Resources.
