We registered to the ISO 9002 quality standard in July 1999 (and have since migrated to the new 9001:2000 service-industry standard), building quality control and assurance into every step of our process.
Through our system, every member of the excelITR team follows the same procedures to achieve the very highest standards of customer care. We seek out and respond to feedback—and we regularly follow up with clients and candidates to measure both parties’ satisfaction with every placement.
ISO also gives us a mechanism for setting annual quality objectives and measuring the overall success of the placements we make—ensuring that our results continue to remain well above industry averages.
